Primary foci: Fiore Longsword and Italian Historical Fencing Treatises
We have two primary clubs in the Salt Lake City area; despite each starting separately, we work together to provide on-boarding opportunities to new students. We collectively represent a combined 40+ years of local HEMA knowledge and expertise and are long-standing members of the HEMA Alliance.
We also have a branch club in Orem operating on campus at UVU.
We currently work with RxFit Holladay to provide an indoor, climate-controlled facility to all students. Gear is provided to all incoming students as needed.
Our branch location in Orem operates on campus at UVU and also provides all necessary items to start.
Classes are typically 2 hours for the regular student, and comprise a comprehensive warm-up, technique drilling, and free-time application and sparring. Experienced students are welcome to cross-train any local HEMA session.
Beginner's students class time will vary depending on the club hosting the session. We ask that students only attend their specific session to begin. See details below.
